We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Change of Mind

We don't accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully — if you need help deciding, we're happy to assist before you buy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@halfpastfur.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where relevant

We'll assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, get in touch and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
